Aphrodite Trophy Mountain Run

Description

The event will be held in the traditional village of Tochni, which is located 30 minutes from Larnaca Airport, the main airport of Cyprus. Tochni is a well known place for mountain bikers from Europe as it is located in an ideal area for Moutainbike as well as riding on the road. But the whole area offers also a lot of possibilities for offroad runners.

Tochni, is set on the slopes of two hills, its stone-built houses line the narrow streets that wind their way to the beautiful church of Constantinos and Eleni. Here is where the start of the Mountain Bike and the Mountain Run races starts.

On the following day, in Tochni starts a mountainbike marathon race, the other part of Aphrodite Trophy. So that‘s a weekend full of action for athletes from all over Europe.
