In the western part of the island, between Pafos and Polis, you can find the small village of Pano Akourdhalia, embedded into the hilly landscape. This beautiful place Caroline Evans has choosen for a Herbal Garden. Since 2010 the Welsh woman plants, harvests and hand-picks different herbs as ingredients in formulas and she does it by preserving traditional herbal methods in Cyprus. She creates and sells Cream Products, Essential Oils, Herbal Teas, Herbal Tonics and nutrition supplements out of this „herbal friends“.
But it’s not only about planting harvesting and selling. Caroline Evans has studied psychology, naturopathy, nutrition and Iridology and now she is combining everything into a treatment of body, mind and soul. This natural healing starts from helping with an advice in nutrition up to creating specific blends for individual conditions and Aromatherapy massage.
In the same time the building works as a coffee shop and you can stop and enjoy the atmosphere around the garden.
